Everyone has food powers - what are yours?

My immune system crashed in March 2007 and my doctor had no idea why. Unknown to either of us at the time, eating healthier had made me sicker. Today I know I have food powers. You have them too. I created this website to educate you on why you should find out which food powers you have.

Food powers are commonly known as food allergies, food sensitivities and food intolerance.  "Food" refers to food chemicals and food coloring, as well as food. "Powers" refers to the symptoms one experiences after eating food.

Symptoms vary from person to person, as do the severity of the symptoms depend on the person.  Symptoms of our food powers can even occur a full three days after eating. *Symptoms can be healed!*

But more often than not, our individual food powers are misdiagnosed and the symptoms tamed with medications. Have you ever seen the TV commercial which claims, "Seasonal allergies can occur at any time."  (Hint: Pollen isn't causing your chronic year-round allergy symptoms!)

If you have an illness, whether you’re suffering from pollen allergies, or you’ve got cancer, then get a food sensitivity test. Because avoiding foods that show up on your test results will help your body to heal itself.
